HoloSem is a leading Swiss specialist in native seeds and natural greening. The HoloSem® meadow copying process is used to faithfully reproduce species-rich meadows in order to preserve genetic diversity and ecological adaptation. The company offers consulting, planning and implementation services for biodiversity-promoting greening and sets standards for ecological quality with innovative technologies such as the ‘eBeetle’.

GHG Inventory
Period: December 2023 to January 2024
We prepared a comprehensive greenhouse gas inventory for HoloSem in accordance with GHG Protocol standards. All relevant emission sources were systematically recorded and presented transparently. On this basis, we identified key levers for future reduction measures and developed strategic recommendations to specifically reduce the company’s climate impact.
Climate targets including SBTi
Period: December 2023 to January 2024
In addition to the greenhouse gas balance sheet, we supported HoloSem in preparing its submission as an SME to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). This included providing the necessary documentation, defining ambitious climate targets in line with SBTi criteria, and advising on processes that would pave the way for a successful submission.
