Nicolas Fries

Nicolas Fries is a senior project manager for sustainability with over ten years of experience in the development and implementation of sustainable real estate projects. His focus is on decarbonisation, circular economy and social sustainability. With comprehensive expertise in ESG strategies for real estate portfolios, sustainability reporting, CO₂ reporting, life cycle assessments using BIM, and ecological building component development, he supports companies and building owners on their path to a responsible and sustainable real estate industry.
