Conducting a Gap Analysis for EcoVadis Evaluation

In collaboration with Unifil, we conducted a gap analysis with regard to the evaluation criteria of EcoVadis. For this purpose, we organized a workshop and engaged with relevant stakeholders. Based on these discussions, we provided targeted recommendations for necessary additions and conducted an assessment of the expected EcoVadis rating to create a solid foundation for further strategic alignment.
